Depending how bent it is, I used to stand on the slat in the spreader and beat them straight with a sledge hammer.Also sometimes you have to use a 2x4 to hold up the slat on the floor of the spreader to get it straight. Rarely is it necesssary to replace them if the links are still good. Be sure to fix the cause of the bending.
