Hi guys I got the gleaner e bought but not home yet. The guy I bought it from said I could leave it in the barn until the spring. I was looking at the 2 row cornhead and saw it had a piece bolted on the drive side that was hooked on the spline of the head with a long belt(I assume the drive belt)and a short chain that runs back to the combine. Would this be the adapter to run a K head on the e? I need a 3rn head and have a line on an orange head and a blackstripe. I would like to get the blackstripe but don"t know everything that is needed to adapt it to the E, yes the E has the bar and hook attachment style throat but he doesn"t know if that is the adapter or not. The 2 row he"s got is the old 4 pt. attachment. I can"t get pictures for a couple of weeks as I won"t be out there until then but was wondering if anyone has a picture of the adapter. thanks, frank packard
