I thought i was going to have to call the rescue unit to come revive me after I made the phone call to price two new front combine tires.Back in 2000 I put two new 23.1x26 10 ply Goodyear Dynatorque tires on one of my combines and paid around $600 each for them.I need two for the other one now and called my local tire guy to get him to check on them and the price. When he called me back I almost fell out of the chair---$1886 per tire plus the tube and $85 extra shipping to get them here. You are talking almost $4000 to put two tires on a combine that I only paid $3000 for.I have got several diecent tires on my parts combines that all of a sudden are looking to be in real good shap now!I would hate to even price a 30.5x32 like the bigger machines run.Any of you guys feel like that everyone has a hand in your pocket easily taking your money that you bust your rear, bleed and sweat everyday to put in there?
