I`m new to threshers, anybody want to fill me in on any details of this one? I think she can be made to thresh again fairly easily, the trees have protected it well, all of the shafts and gears spin free, and I can still adjust the straw chute by hand. some of the wooden parts are rotted, but I can make those, and there is no rust to speak of. It last threshed oats for scottish highland cattle in the `60s, then was replaced with a Gleaner combine. The current owner has color pics threshing oats and wheat with it in the `50s and `60s.
