The clutch doesn't slip, that isn't the problem. It seems that the center button slips to the side and lets one of the fingers out of the groove in it. Then it doesn't work. I think when I get it off this time I will look at making another that fits a little tighter so it can't move to the side and release one of the fingers. I don't know if it is heat treated yet though. I could case harden one I made and it would probably do if they are hardeded. Or make it out of a 4140 "half hard" prehardened steel. I will see when I get time to take it apart again. I know the kit has a gauge for setting it up. I feel I figured it out from the picture in the manual and some educated guesses. It worked fine except for the center button can move off center. Thanks for the reply though. Tom
