tom on the mower deck is there a mule drive that slips into the front channel of the frame then the belt is hooked up on the engine pulley.the clutch and brake are on one side and on the other side does it look like a lever to push in to engage with your foot.if so if i remember right to engage the belt you push it forward with your foot and to disengage you push down on the other end of that foot lever.is your setup like that or am i way off base from the one you have.don
