I've got a Cub Cadet 1320 Hydro with a 38" mower deck...or what's left of a mower deck. The deck itself is having some serious rust issues, and the left spindle is beginning to make some noise that grease won't stop. I don't wanna get rid of the tractor, because it's in great shape, probably 90% or more of what it was new. But the mower deck--it has a 1989 production date--is a lost cause, in my eyes. What I wanna know is...is there a replacement deck available? I really don't NEED a new tractor, just a new mower. And I mean a complete deck. Just the bare metal deck is $456 from Cub Cadet, and the spindle repair kits are $126 each. When a new Cub Cadet is only $1599, it doesn't make sense to put $800-$1000 into a mower deck that'll still be OLD, on an OLD tractor...but I also realize the tractor with no attachments isn't worth all that much, either. Anyone know where I can get a new mower for the 1320?
