Folks, I was mowing two weekends ago on my 42"cut 6 speed I/C Platinum 19.5 HP Craftsman mower and everything was fine. This last weekend it would not turn over (although the battery tested fine) and I could get it to start by jumping the solenoid (took a fully charged car battery to do though)and depressing the clutch all the way. Here is the weird part, even with the mower in neutral and the PTO NOT engaged, everytime I take my foot off the clutch/brake the engine wants to die. If I try and engage the PTO the engine also wants to die. Anything I do besides sit on the mower with the clutch/brake fully depressed...you guessed it, the mower wants to die. Any ideas? Like I said, last weekend it ran like a dream and now it won't work hardly at all. Model number is 917.270912 TIA
