Homelite bought Jacobsen then John Deere bought Homelite but JD does not handle anything for the tractors just other items, Jacobsen built garden tractors for a few companies, the best luck will be at an old Ford (now New Holland) dealer for tractor and mower parts, tell them it is the same as the first Ford 120 from 1966 to 1971, any lawn mower shop can get Kohler engine parts.
