Thanks Max, I have the opposite problem. The loader appears to work OK, although I haven't tried to lift anything too heavy yet. The travel is very weak. I have taken the pump apart and found groves in the aluminum housing and evidence that the fluid by-passes the gears. I found a replacement pump (new, exact replacement) at less than half the price that Ingersoll wanted for a pump that required changes in coupler and fittings. Still looking for manuals or other information. Do you happen to know how large the engine is likely to be? The only markings I have found are the Kohler name. While waiting for my new pump, I am going to fabricate a new exhaust and try to quit it down a bit.
