Valves Yes its normal for the Exhaust keeper to be Larger than the intake, The exhaust has a rotator keeper that with every lift of the Valve turns the valve a slight bit to reduce the chances of carbon sticking under the valve causing a Burnt Valve. Id say Vibration Could have knocked the intake Valve keeper off since it was ran with mounting bolts loose on mounting Check list of Dealer Yes it might be good to check those Bolts but you Cannot tell me everyone was loose and you had no idea the engine was rocking whene it started or idles ive had 3 come in here with rod knock complaint's and all it was was loose bolts mounting the engine to the machine And also your comment about USLESS Metal on the engine well its about as usless as the radiator in your car then Period i dont have to explain why i just said that . Another ??? I have and ive seen it happen many thousands of times Has the Govenor been bypassed making this engine scream at Dangerous speeds That could and does help in dropping a valve . This trick has no effect on HP All by passing a govenor does is makes a Normal running engine that had power for what it was for to a Screamin NO Power engine ready to explode at any minute , No One wants to see what a Exploding blade or Flywheel does to machines or the operator
