do you have oil in it?use 30 weight. the parts are available at richards lawn and garden 304-927-4550 including complete assembles. theres really nothing in there just a couple of fly weights and a sleeve. somthing could have gotten scored if it was run low on oil. ive rebuilt them easy enough except i had to use a press to get the pulley off.dont try a hammer youll damage somthing (i know about this).im sure you could try the gravley tractors of yesterday web page and find a used one. i may even have one. good luck.
