The acr cam is usually part of the complete cam assembly,get mod/spec# of eng & goto link below,lookup mod/spec# of eng in briggs eng listings,see if acr listed seperate from cam,if not then write down pn for cam,goto ebay & enter briggs cam in search & check if any new/used cams your pn listed,also do a goggle search for briggs + pn of acr(if seperate)or cam pn & do some online shopping for prices,gaskets are avail seperate or complete set,at most you'll probably only need sump gasket & shaft seal if you choose to replace when case split.
To remove cam,turn eng on flywheel side,support eng so it doesn't move around & flywheel cover clear of bench/floor,remove oil sump,rotate crank till crank/cam timing marks line up,loosen rocker arms so valves are not putting pressure on rockers,pushrods & tappets,pull cam out of block.
