The ONLY logical reason to buy a 130 Case would be to restore it for use as a parade/show tractor.
Values can differ widely depending upon local demand as well as condition and how complete this one is. However, if it is complete and has not been butchered, then on average.....$300.00 is a fair price.
The 130 and the 180 models were the first CASE branded garden tractors available after CASE purchased COLT in late 1964. They are the only models with round-top fenders. I would not call either model RARE, especially the 130 which probably outsold the 180 model 3 to 1 in 1965. The 180 is difficult to find compared to the 130 but they are still out there.
The mower deck was unique to the 1965 models but 1965 Colts used the same deck. Decks from later models could probably be made to work BUT......why bother? Buy it. Restore it. Preserve it. Show it. This 130 has paid its dues and deserves full retirement.

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
