According to my lookup the C-101 tractor was built 78-79,my lookup shows two different mod# 42" rear discharge decks used in those yrs, along with two different pn deck drive belts depending on yr,you'll need deck mod# for correct pn belt, you have a couple of options.
1-get mod/sn of tractor off id plate, goto a local toro dealer & have him look up mod# of rear discharge deck used on that tractor & buy/order an oem belt for that mod# deck.
2-IF you have orig belt goto a local bearing supply dealer/napa auto parts & have them measure belt(length x width)and buy a kevlar replacement belt of same size, don't buy a standard generic V belt with nylon/rayon cords as same will give short life due to belt streching/glazing from heat.IF they can't supply a kevlar belt or price seems high versus an oem belt, once you know size of belt(length x width)try going to link below & enter v belt in search,go thru listings & check price in kevlar belt listing for size belt you need,I buy all my replacement belts here.
