I don't know what you're refering to as far as service manual, there are different manuals for tractor, most common service & adjustments are usually covered in owners manual, the mower deck has it's own operators manual as does the transaxle, unless you get lucky & find a shop manual as provided by toro to dealers on ebay/craigslist.
You can goto website below & buy an operators manual for tractor & mower deck-use 21-10k801 for tractor mod# & 05-36mr03 for deck mod#,in both cases use zero for sn,however be aware,it is my understanding toro charges approx $2.50 per pg in each manual, the transaxle manual is a free download. You might be better off trolling ebay once a wk by typeing wheel horse manual in search & setting preference to newly listed, this way you won't have to scroll thru all listings, just pick up from newly listed to last date you looked at listings, look for a 310 owners manual or mod# of tractor in manual listing, also check for deck manual useing above mod#. https://lookup3.toro.com/request/request.cfm
If deck shell bent/damaged beyond repair, while at ebay type wheel horse mower deck in search, see if any complete used decks listed close to where you live, then check back once wk,if you goto toro dealer & order be perpared to spend $375-$425 for a bare deck shell.
For assembly drawings/parts list of tractor/mower deck click on link below, click on toro logo at home pg,enter mod# listed above for tractor or mower deck on left side of pg then look at different assembly drawings/parts list for each.
