There are a large number of parts needed to convert an "Armstrong Lift" tractor to a Hy Lift model. It is too complicated to go into here on this forum .
My suggestion would be to use the link below and join there because you can access the parts manual that is for your tractor. The only 60's model 222 is the 1969 PK model and it uses a hydraulic cylinder that sits outside the frame on the right side. This is not an easy conversion kit to find. If you are wrong about the year of your tractor, then you will have a better chance of making this conversion happen.
