You might want to consider buying a used same/similar blower on ebay,craigslist or local yard/estate sale,unless you can find an .020 piston set on ebay,online dealer or aftermarket same nla from tecumseh,also if cyl/piston scored you'll have to do some carefull measureing on crank journal & rod end,one/both may be worn,eng may have been run low/out of oil in which case there may be other internal wear.If you goto link below with mod/spec# & look in tecumseh eng listings you'll see block still avail,jacks small engines sells for $120,if that's the route you're thinking about going if you can't find a short block,if you decide to rebuild,locate piston set 1st,check rod/crank and then consider cost-$25 for gasket set & seals,$50-$70 for a rebore besides piston set,tapppets & rod/crank(if needed).Dixon Boy is right,most times it's not worth rebuilding these small eng.
