Hi depends on what you are gonna do. If its just take the head off clean all the block threads and put new gasket in/set valves then a few hours to a morning. if you are gonna get head planed and valves ground then it will be expensive. why not join the fordson discussion forum at www.fordsontractorpages.nl and we could talk you through it, if you are mechanically inclined/ Have some tools/ torque wrench, and wanted to do some of it your self and save some money :) Regards Robert
