This was used on the factory installation of or setup for Industrial B-Hoe Loaders. You also may want to check the front axles for a installed 1" thick about a foot long (welded) cap over the rocker pin. You may also have a 3/4" thick extra piece of steel , that runs the full width of the casting bolted to the back of the lower front cast base that has the mounting for the rocker pin hole. If it has that it will also include a extension of the frame mounted bushing for the rocker pin.
