Get the tractor into a safe location and start it in gear. You will need to bypass the neutral safety switch to get it started. We can help with that if you don't know how. Then take the tractor out and get it good and warm. Then drive it around with the clutch pushed in and try stomping real hard on the brakes several times. That will usually free it up. In the future you will want to block the clutch down when you park it. A board cut to length, C clamp or ratchet strap will do it. If you can't get it unstuck by the method described you will need to split the tractor.
