We went to a dealer south of us & bought a 1992 5610 series II for 11,500. It had a great plains loader on it, however we chose to purchase it w/out the loader. Back home we had a 5000 gas with a Westerndorf TA-26 detachable loader on it that we had all sorts of attachments for. So, the dealer took 2k off the price. Same hours range that you stated. Tires have 30% (16.9x 30")no fluid in the rear tires. What sold us was that it was low hours & didn't appear to be tinkered with & the sheet metal was straight. We use it to bush hog, move round bales, & cut hay with a haybine. It has plenty of power & rarely ever hits the govenor. Nice tractor, stoutly built. If you look at the 5000, 5600 & so on, they got any issue from the past right with this model. Just my 2 cents.

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
