You ever actually done that on a 3 cylinder Ford? Not going to happen that way. The PTO clutch drives from the transmission bottom shaft and will not clear the transmission output shaft, coupler, and differential pinion shaft to come out the top. The brake pad can be changed (with some difficulty) by removing the brake piston cover from the rear axle center section, but the real answer to servicing the 3 cylinder Ford IPTO clutch is a rear split.
