I can't say about all the valves. I do know there were several types and brands - both Ford and aftermarket with or without detents. As for the banjo fittings, when I bought the dual remote valve I have on my 3000 the hoses were pretty rough. I checked at the dealer for the fittings like you are looking for and as Dean says they were rather pricey though they did come with the hollow bolt. What I did was go to my home town/rural Napa store and they sold me new hoses with the banjo fitting crimped on one end and a 3/8" npt fitting on the other for about the price of the dealer fittings. Then I reused the old hollow bolts with new orings.
