The difference between an N and an 801 is about 1000 lbs. Assuming the brush mowers are about the same weight I doubt the 1K lbs would make that much difference in your load. 801 is a bit longer too so your placement on the trailer will be slightly different but you can adjust that as needed. Biggest thing will be adequate brakes on the trailer. I doubt pulling power or GVW on the pickup be exceeded by the larger tractor.
