If 21111G is correct, then it would be a 3 cylinder 200 series
2 = 1965-1968 2000 series
first 11 = Low Center of Gravity chassis
Next 1 = diesel engine
Next 1 = No PTO
G = 4x4 manual reversing transmission
And the serial number would be incomplete. 74596 looks like part of a '65-'75 serial number Should be a letter followed by 6 numbers.
The date code looks to be a '65-'75 type as well. 6J28 = September 28, 1966
The earlier 4 cylinder 2000 series only had 2 numbers stamped on the flat spot, so it is not likely a 4 cylinder 2000, but who knows who might have stamped something on there at some point.

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
