Thanks sixbales. I pulled the top of the overflow tube off and blew as hard as I could thru it. I can't tell if it was plugged but if it was, its not anymore. My operator's manual said that if the fluid level is more than an inch below the bottom of the filler neck to add more fluid. I topped it off b/c I looked in there and didn't see any fluid. Could that be b/c equilibrium was achieved? Should I drain a little fluid out before starting it up again? Also, where does the bottom of the overflow tube connect?
