Zack, I just checked out the CNH parts page and I see a spacer there, but I don't see a need for it. I just bolted the Farmall pedestal up to the plate on the bottom of the motor of my 9000. Perhaps the plate on the 5000 is recessed? in which case a spacer could be easily be made to afford the necessary clearance.
