The drawing that shows that manifold and the o-rings is in the "Hydraulic Pump" section of the 3000 parts diagrams, not the "Hydraulic System" section.
The o-rings are 3 different sizes, so if you got them mixed up when you put them back on, that may be why it's leaking. Also, they may be worn, so best to replace them anyway.
The first one listed looks to be the upper one toward the front of the tractor:
Part number: 272344 - Description: O-RING, 90 Duro, .487" ID x .103" Thk, Tube Assy. to Center Housing, Years: 01/01/1965-09/30/1969
The second one appears to be the lower one towards the front of the tractor:
Part number: 87054S95 - Description: O-Ring, 90 Duro, 1.062" ID x .139" Thk, Tube Assy. to Center Housing, Years: 01/01/1965-09/30/1969
The third one appears to be the one that's between the upper and lower ones in terms of height, and towards the rear of the tractor from the other two:
Part number: 87035S95 - Description: O-Ring, 90 Duro, .625" ID x .103" Thk, Tube Assy. to Center Housing, 2000-3000, Years: 01/01/1965-09/30/1969

It was on his farm that I learned to use the combination hand clutch and brake on a John D
