The model number should be on top of the flat spot that faces up on the bell housing, up near the very front of the transmission housing. If it was a 4 cylinder it will be on the flat spot on the left side (when you're sitting on the tractor facing forward). If it was a 3 cylinder tractor it will be on the right side, but will also most likely have a number on the left side as well. These will not be raised casting numbers, they will be recessed numbers that were stamped into the metal . Post any numbers that you find in either of those 2 spots.
