Although some do, a lot of fluids advertised as "303" do not meet the Ford M2C134D specification, which is what is the current spec for the rear end/hydraulics and the S-O-S transmission on your tractor. Check the label on the container. There should be a number of manufacturers and their specifications listed, and a statement that the fluid meets or exceeds those specifications. A lot of 303 fluids usually just say "good for use in older tractors", which doesn't tell you which older tractors that they're talking about, and mainly because it doesn't meet or exceed any of the current manufacturers specifications.
