Ford 4400 is a tractor model.
A Log Hog is an attachment. I don't know if Ford ever made or sold a Log Hog with their own brand name on it. Post some pictures and someone might be able to figure out what you've got.
If the Log Hog has its own hydraulic cylinder, then it's probably best to just remove it and take it to a local hydraulic shop and get them to repair/rebuild it. If the Log Hog uses the tractor's 3 point hydraulics to lift the logs, then you can buy a top cover repair kit from this web site. I believe that it comes with the o-rings for the lift cylinder.
