The gearbox is an Agmo S-45-312. Someone told me that Howse Implement uses Agmo on their machines. I contacted Howse and they told me it is a Howse model 60L - it is about 20 years old. I had 2 bearings fail, I bought two 6208 bearings but now I need the bigger gear. When one of the bearings failed a ball from it landed on the gear and chewed up the teeth. A friend at a machine shop said he could use a die grinder to smooth out the teeth but the machine will be very loud and he does not know how well the 2 gears at right angles to each other will mesh.
