Dunno... But I'd guess it was built in the 90's. That's when the BSD engines were going good. Some of us could likely get it close by the fuel system layout, and whether or not it's got a turbo. Some pictures would be helpful. You could also look on the oil pan rails for a serial number, and mabey a model number (both stamped). You might get lucky and score a BSD 444T or BSD 450, or BSD 444 or something to that effect, or it might be NH rather than BSD.... Also look on the upper right front mounting ear of the engine. There should be a stamped date code there for the engine's assembly date. That could be of use.... I haven't committed the casting codes to memory, so I can't really help you with that.... Rod
