John, As long as you can see the bolts, you can get to the bolts. It may help to have an Extra Elbow (joke!). If you have air tools a 3/8 paddle wrench can be your best friend. When I changed belts on my PS pump, the fan shroud cut the back of my forearm while the fan was cutting my thumb. Not a "fun" job at all. Of course, I'm a pretty tiny guy at 6'2" and 205. You would think that a tractor would have all the room in the world, but nooo. jb (the first)
