I'd sure do a pressure test from the pressure port of the manifold block. Spec for 1310-1710 is 2130 psi. I don't know if a 1210 would be the same.

I sort of doubt that a new pump or bearings are needed but a hydraulics shop should be able to say. There's a better chance that the pressure is high and that the pump was resealed with generic o-rings that may not be capable of withstanding as high of pressure as the factory parts.

The part number for a seal kit is SBA340490165. There are two o-rings listed and I don't know if they are included in the kit: SBA052310700 and an oil seal SBA050203115 that isn't shown on the parts drawing. The pump assembly, which includes the seals and bearings, is SBA340450400. Fortunately, there are no alternative pumps listed in my parts manual for various options or for sale in different parts of the world.

I can't be much help suggesting a parts source other than a NH dealer of NZ salvage yard. I think either should be capable of finding parts world-wide. There's a slight chance (well, a theoretical one really) that the pump is an OEM item and a hydraulics shop might recognize a code on the pump and be able to obtain it from the manufacturer rather than NH.
