Woody, I have an early 1968 3000 English that has a two piece grill. I know that this grill with the head lights mounted in it was changed in April of that same year, but I don't know to what. As for the instrument cluster, try your local New Holland dealer for an exact replacement,but they're expensive. Here is an after market one listed on E-Bay. By the way my 3000 is a 3 cyl deisel with a simms pump also. The only problem I have had is the control leaver sheared off at the pump and the pump had to be completely rebuilt. Otherwise the tractor runs great.
