I don't have the spec handy but the basic procedure would be to first bar the engine in the direction of rotation to bring #1 cyl. up (on the compression stroke) to the proper degrees before TDC. If you go past the timing mark on the flywheel, back it up well past the mark and rotate it forward to line up the marks. Once that is set, line up the marks on the front of the pump (one on the hub, one on a little casting) and install the pump. Double check the settings just before final tightening of the gear bolts and again after tightening. Hope this helps.
