On level ground put a container under the inspection plate and remove the bottom bolt. When the oil stops coming out remove the rest of the bolts. This is also the full amount of oil so you do not need to replace any of the oil that came out through the bolt hole when you are done. Before others can help you you need to tell them exactly what the lift arms are or are not doing. Are lift arms stuck up? Did you make sure the control lever on the left side inspection plate is in gear? Is the PTO shaft turning?
