The rest is up to you. Another cheat is to have a buddy do it for you and all you need to do is scrounge the materials. . . I will however admit that, Yes! I am the best welder in the USA! All I need is JB weld to fill the low spots and gobs of paint to hide the rest of the uglies. Me and my 115 Volt Lincoln welder can do it all!
