Thought that might be it. In that case, proceed as Jason has said. How long had the tractor been sitting when you got it? My 202 had 3pt when new but because it also had a backhoe, I don't think it was ever used. The lift arms were seized in place, the hyd. pump had gotten water in it and froze/split and all the controls were stuck solid from not being used. Taking the inspection cover off and operating it is a good place to start.....that's assuming it even has any oil in it. Just keep your fingers out of there when the tractor is running!
