It may be 4 point hitch but look closely. You have to put those 8 3/4" extension links in the lift arms and then the special top link bracket that goes on the long hinged pin before you can use it. It doesn't bother me to have a pitman arm mower because all I use one for now is trimming fence rows. I had two belt drive mowers, a New Holland 451 and a Ford 515 but I have gotten rid of both of those. I actually have the belt guard for that Dearborn mower. It seems that was the first piece that farmers discarded. The belt guard is worth as much or more than the whole mower. Tony are you gonna leave Vienna with a disc plow? Come on...us disc plow owners are like a cult...join us...join us...lol. Yes Tony my poor little tractor got the MF35 paint scheme sometime in its life. Now that I have found the right shade of gray I can start putting it back to its original color. I am going to try to come to Vienna but even if I do I won't be bringing anything.

Today's Featured Article - Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
