Yes it will. There was a specific mounting kit available for a range of different tractors, the TO35 being one of them. They were being manufactured around the time when the TO35 was new, not sure for how many years. I just took one off my TO-35 and I do not plan to put it back on as I have a good loader on my 202. The loader was in pretty rough shape but the mounting pieces you need are still good.........unfortunately I'm in Canada and shipping would probably be a killer.
There is a front mounted hydraulic pump which I would consider necessary if you ever want to get any speed out of the loader. It is possible to use the internal hydraulic pump but it would be painfully slow.
