THEN , turned the screw in , FINGER TIGHT , untill it required a screw driver. Then kept turning in the screw 1 turn at a time , each time testing the engine with load , 4th gear w, brake on. Finally it started . The BALLS she was a moov'n. I then had to go back to the linkage to adjust the vertical rod with sping wrapped around it to get it to pull the throttle before the engine was going to stall. Be patient , keep cool , best if done with 2 people. So they can see if moving under load.
