I'm sorry, I can't see the tractor too good... there seems to be snowflakes on the lens... can't believe that. It was so nice up in New England today, I only had 2 shirts! That's rare for me in mid summer.. If that thing runs as good as it looks, go for it. He will trade for mantoys? A couple deer rifles? 4 wheeler? dirtbike? Then bring him a nice one, and take this 35 home. Don't worry about bleed down, Fords aren't suppose to, these do on purpose. If you want a tractor, this is something to check out. Good luck!
