Russ: I quite agree on a matter like a check, the facts are quite easily documented. You should therefor satisfy yourself, that you have received payment in good funds for the item.

My comments were mainly directed at folks buying tractors 30+ years old, sight unseen, then craping all over the seller when everything on tractor did work as new. I only have one piece of advice for these folks, if you can't afford to loose money you shouldn't be buying tractors sight unseen. Both buyers and sellers will miss some items wrong.
