Jim: Oh I definately agree on the usefulness of the YT classifieds, photo classifieds and auction. I have used them very little as a seller, but have bought a few items. My point here is depending on a number of factors, some computers don't access everything at YT. For example all those photos with a little red x in a box, I've never been able to open them. Before the change in format and when you made a direct e mail to the vendor, I had excellent responce. Since the change to e mail through YT, I can't remember getting a single responce on about 20 inquiries. Now if inquiries are not getting through, this whole process is not very fair to sellers thinking they are reaching all potential customers. I might add I have also helped several vendors, I expect folks selling an estate, not really knowing a lot about the tractor and thinking the tractor was much older than it actually was. I have also been quick to point out (privately) when someone misrepresented a tractor calling it much newer than it actually is. Some of these folks just don't know, and if I can help before they get into a dispute with a potential customer, I feel I have helped in some way. Now there are other vendors who do know they are making misleading advertizing. I will point that out to them privately. If they advertize it a month later and not corrected the item, I may then go public. This is the first time I've ever looked at this feed back site. Much of what I see here is not a legitimate complaint, but rather someone not getting his or her own way, thus wanting to crap all over the person they have the dispute with. I think YT has a responcibility to monitor and correct this, failure to do so may be their own dawnfall.
