There is a ring of thieves praying on this and other tractor boards. See my Brian Eiken post. They use a real guy and his address. Money is sent there then distributed by the fellow whome they have duped into whatever phony ploy they can (we have all gotten "money from home" spam email. The chump at the address may or may not know they are in on a scam. There are many thieves and they use many phone numbers but have the money sent to the idiot they got working for them. Once they get caught they move on to the next chump. This may not be the case here but it sounds right with the changing phone number.
