Dr Gag, not so fast. Had he purchased the truck from an individual, he would have likely paid less. Those sales are legally "as is, where is", as the private seller is not required or equiped to inspect the vehicle past what they already know about it. Any dealer has the resources and is required to "check out" any vehicle they sell. They also charge more for it. So, it is very strange that a wheel bearing would go out in 30 days. It tells me that either they did not inspect the truck, or they did and choose (like many crooks) to not say anything. Unless he put 30,000 miles on it in 30 days, the selling dealer should have made it good.
