I think he's done just about everything he can to get a hold of the guy. He's got $1000 and still his tractor. That's the point. He'd rather not have the tractor and have the rest of the money that was agreed upon. He's not taking the low road if the guy won't contact him after repeated messages. I think from a legal stand point, he could take the guy to court for the rest of the money and give him the tractor in exchange. The guy that gave the deposit is the one that has to do something, anything, instead of just ignoring all the calls. The seller has given the guy every opportunity but the guy has his head in the sand. Dave
